KIlgraston Swimmers

Training will continue at Glenalmond while repairs are ongoing at Kilgraston. At the moment this will continue up until Sunday 4th December.

Ho, Ho, Ho! Santa has been really busy and delivered t-shirts, Hoody’s and shorts in time for Christmas morning!

Could parents who have ordered goodies please pay for these items so that the elves can start their wrapping!

Rucksacks will be here in the middle of December so please start making payments of £45 for these.

Scottish National Short Course Open Swimming Championships 2016

9th/10th/11th December 2016

Location: Royal Commonwealth Pool, Edinburgh

Entries for this Meet to John by 10.00pm on Sunday, 13th November  - Entries should only be made using the online entry form which can be found HERE. Fees, £9.50 per event to be paid on Acceptance.

Full details can be found in the Meet Information HERE.  Please read the meet information very carefully, as there are strict consideration times. Swimmers must have times achieved in accredited competitions held in the 12 months since 16th November 2015 and either be 25 metre pool times, or conversions to 25 metre pool times. Official Conversion Tables: Hy-tek standard conversion, or ASA conversion tables may be used.

Stonehaven A.S.C - Santa’s Elves Mini Meet

The gala will be held at Montrose Sports Centre, Marine Avenue, Montrose DD10 8TR.

All of Perth’s entries for this gala have been accepted, which is great news!

Entries fees are therefore now payable. Please put your fees in an envelope which should be clearly marked with ‘Santa’s Elves’ and the swimmer’s name. The envelope should then be placed in the club post box which is situated at the club notices board, Perth Pool.

Medical Declaration Form

A reminder on membership and competition: if you're competing in a British Swimming; Scottish Swimming; ASA; or WASA National event, in any discipline excluding Masters; or competing for GB or your Home Country internationally, you must fill in and return a Scottish Swimming medical declaration form every year.

Should any medication you are taking change throughout the year, you need to send a new, updated form immediately. You can find it on the membership pages on the Scottish Swimming Website, under members > 'membership forms'. Send it back to the address shown on the form.

 

Reminder Re Gala Entry Fees

February 17, 2015  

The club’s policy is that all fees for accepted and reserve swims (where a reserve swimmer is given a swim) are due within 7 days of the gala taking place. Payment should be by cheque or cash and placed in the club mail box in an envelope clearly labelled with the swimmer’s name and the name of the competition. In accordance with the Club Constitution, entries from swimmers for whom outstanding fees from previous meets have not been paid will NOT be accepted until the debt is cleared.

The Committee therefore recommends that all outstanding fees from past galas should be settled immediately.
