NewStonehaven A.S.C - Santa’s Elves Mini Meet

Sunday, 7th December 2014 - Montrose Sports Centre

Important Notice

Unfortunately, entries for this meet were already full by the time we had set our own closing date for receipt of entries, therefore, Perth will not be attending this meet.

The entry procedure for this meet was very different to the other meets we usually enter and it is clear that should we wish to enter this meet in future, we will need to set our own closing date for entries a considerable time prior to the official closing date, to have any chance of our swimmers being able to take part.

However, the club wishes to acknowledge those keen swimmers who submitted entries for this meet and in this respect, it has been agreed to hold an event at Perth Pool on 20thDecember for those swimmers. The format of the event is being formulated at present and will be notified on the website and club notice board as soon as the details have been confirmed.

More information regarding an alternative will be sent out to affected swimmers shortly.

Club Championships – Entry Fees

There are a substantial number of entry fees outstanding from the Club Championships. If you have not already paid your fees, please can you do so immediately.

Fees can be paid as previously advised, via a cheque posted in the club mailbox (top of stairs from changing rooms at perth pool) or by direct transfer into the club’s account.

Please note that it is the club’s standing policy that if a swimmer has outstanding fees, they will not be accepted into future galas until such time as any arrears are cleared.

Thank you for your assistance and if you have any queries, the club treasurer can be contacted HERE.

Reminder Re Gala Entry Fees

The club’s policy is that all fees for accepted and reserve swims (where a reserve swimmer is given a swim) are due within 7 days of the gala taking place. Payment should be by cheque or cash and placed in the club mail box in an envelope clearly labelled with the swimmer’s name and the name of the competition. In accordance with the Club Constitution, entries from swimmers for whom outstanding fees from previous meets have not been paid will NOT be accepted until the debt is cleared.

The Committee therefore recommends that all outstanding fees from past galas should be settled immediately.
